Hello!

I’m a Korean American illustrator based in San Diego, California. Inspired by the everyday, my work often reflects those little moments and routines examined through playful character driven drawings. I work in a variety of mediums including pen & ink, watercolor, gouache, and digital.

For the past 20 years I’ve worked as a designer in advertising, branding, and product/UX, as well as starting up a retail business while being mom to 2 wonderful girls.

I received my BA in Visual Art & Ethnic Studies from Brown University, and an MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts.
